The PromoGames platform is the only platform for sweepstakes totally online, the sweepstakes cafes are independent in their choice of hardware and of internet connection systems, and this is our strong point.


There are no installation costs or special requirements that may limit the membership to the PromoGames platform. The owner of a sweepstakes hall may contact our support center by telephone or through the web, and our team of technicians is able to remotely and independently handle any request.


This assures an extremely rapid management of requests and allows us to keep a record of all requests for support. In order to provide such high standards of service, PromoGames is present in the most performing datacenters of the U.S., Canada and Europe, providing its customers with the continued availability of services at any time and with any internet traffic situation.


PromoGames technical support is also responsible for the management of non-technical issues, such as the configuration of the stations, of the POSs or for the parameter optimizations in order to improve the performances of the Sweepstakes Cafè.
